Narration-02

युधिष्ठिरः उवाच :-

किमेकं दैवतं लोके किं वाऽप्येकं परायणम् ।

स्तुवन्तः कं कमर्चन्तः प्राप्नुयुर्मानवाःशुभम् ॥

യുധിഷ്ഠിരഃ ഉവാച :-

കിമേകം ദൈവദം ലോകേ കിം വാപ്യേകം പരായണം

സ്തുവന്തഃ കം കമര്ച്ചന്തഃ പ്രാപ്നുയുര്മാനവാഃ ശുഭം

யுதிஷ்டிர உவாச :-

கிமேகம் தைவதம் லோகே கிம் வாப்யேகம் பராயணம்

ச்துவந்த கம் கமர்ச்சந்த ப்ராப்னுயுர்மானவா சுபம்

ಯುಧಿಷ್ಠಿರಃ ಉವಾಚ :-

ಕಿಮೇಕಂ ದೈವತಂ ಲೋಕೆ ಕಿಮ್ ವಾಪ್ಯೇಕಂ ಪರಾಯಣಂ

ಸ್ತುವಂತಃ ಕಂ ಕಮರ್ಚಂತಃ ಪ್ರಾಪ್ನುಯುರ್ಮಾನವಾಃ ಶುಭಂ

యుధిష్టిరః ఉవాచ :-

కిమేకం దైవతం లోకే కిం వాప్యేకం పరాయణం

స్తువంతః కం కమర్చంతః ప్రాప్నుయుర్మానవాః శుభం

Yudhishtira uvacha:-
Kimékam daivatham loke kim vápyekam parãyanam
Sthuvantha kam kamarchanda prapnuyur mãnavã shubam


Who (kim) is the greatest (ekam) Lord (daivatam) in the world (loke)? Who is the one (ekam) refuge (paraayanam) for all? By glorifying (sthuvantah) whom (kam) can man (manavah) reach the Auspiciousness (shubam) (peace and prosperity)? By worshipping (archantah) whom can a man reach auspiciousness (peace and prosperity)?
